摘要
对罪犯矫正工作的重心应该置于对行为的矫治。在近几年的服刑人员中,"90"后罪犯开始出现,与以往的服刑人员相比,"90"后罪犯有其独有的犯罪行为,正确分析和研究其犯罪特征对矫正"90"后服刑人员有很重要的价值。对"90"后罪犯的一般犯罪行为特征、危险犯罪行为特征及矫正措施进行分析,以求矫正"90"后罪犯的途径。
The rectification of criminals should be centered around their behavior rectifying. The post_90s criminals begin to appear in resent years. Due to its unique criminality features, properly access and study their criminal characteristics are of great value for the rectifying. The charateristics of common and danger criminalities and countermeasures of rectification are discussed in this paper.
