摘要
目的优选五花饮提取工艺。方法采用正交设计,以绿萼梅中挥发油的提取率为测定指标优选挥发油提取工艺,以槲皮苷及厚朴酚的提取率为测定指标优选醇提工艺,以总黄酮的提取率优选水提工艺。结果挥发油提取最佳工艺为药材10倍量水,浸泡2 h,提取时间为9 h;醇提最佳工艺为乙醇浓度85%,乙醇量为药材量的10倍,提取时间为2 h;水提最佳工艺为药材8倍量水,回流提取3次,每次1 h。结论优选的提取工艺稳定、可行。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Wuhua Yin.Methods Orthogonal experiment was adopted to optimize the extraction technology by using the volatile oil extraction rate of Lv Emei as an index to determine the process for volatile oil,the quercetin and magnolol extraction rate as an index to screening the ethanol extraction process,total flavonoids extraction rate as an index to determine the water extraction process.Results The optimal process of volatile oil extraction was as follows: add 10 times of water,soak for 2 hours,and then extract for 9 hours.The optimal process of ethanol extraction was as follows: add 10 times of 85% ethanol,and then extract for 2 hours.The optimal process of water extraction was as follows: add 8 times of water,and reflux extraction for 3 times,1 hour for each time.Conclusion The optimized extraction process is stable and feasible.
