中医药治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效的Meta分析

The Meta-analysis of effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine on cough variant asthma in children

目的系统评价中医药治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法全面检索已发表的中医药治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘临床随机对照试验的相关文献,按系统评价方法筛选试验、评价质量、提取资料,并采用RevMan 5.0软件对其进行Meta分析。结果共纳入11个随机对照试验,含1 012例患者。与对照组比较,中医药治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效的合并检验分析结果为:Z=7.12,P<0.00001,合并后的OR:5.06,95%CI(3.24,7.91)。结论虽然通过统计可以得出中医药治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘有良好的疗效,但由于纳入试验的研究方法学质量低下,需要进一步高质量、随机对照研究加以证实。

Objective To systematically review the effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine on cough variant asthma in children.Methods By searching relevant published literature of clinical randomized controlled trials of children cough variant asthma treated with CM,screening test,quality evaluation and data extraction were conducted according to system evaluation method and RevMan 5.0 software was used to carry out the Meta-analysis.Results 11 randomized controlled trials including 1 012 cases of patients were selected for analysis.Compared with the data of controls,merged analysis results of CM treatment on cough variant asthma in children was： Z= 7.12,P 0.000 01,the merged OR： 5.06,95% CI（3.24,7.91）.Conclusion Although statistics showed good efficacy of CM treatment on cough variant asthma in children,due to the low quality of research methodology in the involved trials,further researches are required which need high quality randomized controlled studies.
