摘要 分别以不同铜源及不同pH合成环境对Cu -HMS的合成作了研究 ,通过XRD、FT -IR、SEM表征 ,发现pH=9时 ,以Cu(NH3) 2 +4 为铜源合成的Cu -HMS具有良好的稳定结构 ,对其催化苯酚羟基化反应的系统研究还揭示出该催化剂具有很好的催化效能 ,再生简便且重复使用率高 ,具有广阔的应用前景。 Copper-containing hexagonal mesoporous molecular silica sieve (Cu-HMS) was prepared with different copper reagents and in reaction systems with different pH values at room temperature.Characterized by means of XRD, FT-IR and SEM, it had been found that Cu-HMS, which was synthesized with Cu(NH_3)~2+_4 reagent and in synthetic condition of pH=9, revealed the incorporation of copper in the framework of sieve and had higher stability and more stable structure (D_100=4.36392nm, 2θ=2.02°).In addition, the results obtained from the hydroxylation of phenol indicated that Cu-HMS had the higher catalytic activity than the other catalysts, such as Co-HMS Ts-2 etc., on the contrary HMS had no any catalytic activity.In the meanwhile, with H_2O_2 acting as an oxidant, the catalytic quality of Cu-HMS was systematically evaluated in different solvents conditions, such as solvents, temperature, reaction time and doses.The optimum reaction condition also found.
