煤与废塑料共焦化基础研究Ⅲ.协同作用的热重研究 被引量:12

摘要 采用加压热天平研究煤与废塑料共焦化过程中 ,不同废塑料对太钢焦煤的热解行为 ,以及德国废塑料对不同煤种的热解行为的影响。认为不同的废塑料对太钢焦煤热重行为的影响不尽相同 ;不同的煤种在与德国塑料共热解时的协同作用也不相同 ,德国废塑料与焦煤的相互作用更大些。共热解中废塑料与煤的协同作用受煤与废塑料二者之间的热解温区、失重峰温、失重速率的重叠程度及煤所形成的胶质体数量的影响。废塑料与煤之间的相互作用使得两者共热解失重的起始温度增高。 Using thermogravimetry, the influence of different waste plastics on thermogravimetric behavior of coking-coal from Taiyuan iron and steel company and influence of German waste plastics on thermogravimetric behavior of different coals during co-pyrolysis were studied.The results of thermogravimetric study show that different waste plastics affect the thermogravimetric behavior of coking-coal differently.The synergism between German waste plastics and different coals are different, and the interactions of German waste plastics with coking-coals are more significant than with other coals.The difference between temperature range of pyrolysis, peak temperature, weight loss rate of coal and waste plastics and the amount of metaplast of coal influence the synergism between coal and waste palstics significantly.The synergism between coal and waste plastics make the initial decomposition temperatures of coals co-carbonized with waste plastics higher than those carbonized alone.
