论中国食品安全行政问责的制度改进

On Improving the Administrative Accountability System for Food Safety in China

近期我国频发重大食品药品安全事故,由此引发了新一轮的行政问责风波。从食品安全问题出发,就我国的行政问责制进行探讨,发现目前食品安全行政问责制存在的问题及不足,并针对这些问题及不足提出完善建议。

Recently, a number of major food and drug safety accidents in China have triggered another round of administration accountability. This article discusses on the administrative accountability system in China from the perspective of food safety. It is found that there are problems and defects for the current administrative accountability system. It is very necessary to propose suggestions to improve the problems and defects.
