新三羟基—西松烯二萜内酯

A New Trihydroxylated Cembrenolide Diterpene

西松烯型二萜是存在于多种植物、昆虫及海洋生物中的一类十四元环二萜,迄今仅从海洋生物中发现的这类化合物就已超过三百多种,其中不少具有生物活性.我们从采自海南三亚的条状短指软珊瑚(sinularia capillosa)中分离得四个西松烯二萜内酯(1～4).化合物(1)是新的三羟基西松烯内酯,通过波谱方法测定了它的结构.

Four cembrenolides (1 - 4) were isolated from the soft coral sinularia capillosa collected around Sanya,Hainan Island, China. Compound (1) ,C20H32O5 ,m.p. 158 - 160℃,[α]D25 +42.8°(c 0.05,EtOH) is a new compound. Its structure was elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. The relative stereochemistry of 1 was determined to be 1R* ,4R* ,5S* , 12S* , 13R* mainly by NOESY and NOE difference spectra. Compound (4),flexibilide,exhibited potent cytotoxicity toward HepA and EAC cell lines.
