摘要
提供高品质的心理健康服务、及时诊断和干预青少年心理问题、满足弱势孩子心理健康发展的需要是加拿大安大略省于2011年6月22日发布的"提高儿童和青少年心理健康服务计划"的三项主要内容。为此,加拿大政府承诺从2011年到2013年投资2.57亿加元,完善青少年心理健康服务体系。解析该计划的主要内容及特点,对建立我国青少年心理健康服务的有效机制,完善心理健康服务体系有一定的启示。
Providing high quality of mental health services ,diagnosing and intervening teenagers psychological problems in time and meeting the needs of the development of mental health are the three aspect contents of raising children and adolescents mental health service plan published by Ontario,Canada government on 22 June 2011. To achieve the goals,the government has made a commitment of $257 million investment from year of 2011 to 2013 to improve the teenagers＇ mental health service system. Ana- lyzing the main contents and characteristics of the plan has the certain enlightenments to establish mental health services and make mental health service system perfect in our COUNt.
