摘要
教师教育课程是决定教师教育质量的核心要素。作为美国卓有成效的优质学前教师教育项目——班克街教育学院研究生院幼儿普通教育专业的课程设置有着自己的成功特质:课程结构由三部分组成,注重学生的个性化选择;课程内容坚持社会取向,重视学科教学法知识;课程实施表现为整合主义理念下理论与实践相结合。这些对我国学前教育专业教育硕士培养课程设置有一定启示意义。
The teacher education curriculum is the core factor of determining the quality of teacher education. As the U.S. fruitful quality preschool teacher education programs, the curriculum setting of preschool general education program in Burbank Street College of Education Graduate School has its own professional success traits. The curriculum structure consists of three parts and respects the student's choice, the curriculum contents adhere to social orientation, and focus on pedagogical content knowledge, the curriculum implementation insist on the integration of theory and practice. All these can provide some reference for the curriculum setting of professional educational master cultivation in early childhood education of China.
