摘要
目的探讨男性乳腺增生症超声光散射特点,研究超声光散射对该病的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法应用超声光散射成像系统,采用集超声和光学于一体的复合探头,测量增生的乳腺腺体厚度,观察内部血红蛋白(HbT)和血氧饱和度(SO2),与病理或临床诊断对照分析。结果超声光散射诊断男性乳腺增生症72例,诊断准确率100%。结论超声光散射对男性乳腺增生症的诊断准确、简便,并可与男性乳腺癌鉴别,为临床诊断提供重要依据。
【Objective】To study the imaging features of the ultrasound-guided diffused optical tomography for gynecomastia and its value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.【Methods】We measured the thickness of mammary gland hyperplasia,observed the internal HbT and SO2,acquire the BI-RADS.The findings were compared with pathologic or clinical study.【Results】72 cases gynecomastia,the coincidence rate of gynecomastia by ultrasound-guided diffused optical tomography was 100%.【Conclusions】The diagnosis of ultrasound-guided diffused optical tomography for gynecomastia is a accurate,simple method.It can distinguish from a variety of male breast diseases and provide an important evidence for clinical diagnosis.
