摘要
建立了中空纤维透析器中同时进行血液透析过滤时的简化二维传质模型, 并进行了解析求解。该模型可以容易地扩展到血液透析和血液过滤。文中首次求出了血液过滤时的特征值。实验数据表明,该模型能较好地描述血液透析过滤过程的传质动力学。
:Hemodialysis(HD), hemodiafiltration(HDF) and hemofiltration(HF) were directed at the treatment for patients suffering from acute or chronic renal failure. By the above procedures toxic substances were removed adequately from the blood of the patients. A two-dimensional model of mass transfer in a hollow-fiber hemodiafiltrator was proposed and solved analytically. The model was applicable to the cases of pure homedialysis or pure hemofiltration. In order to show the validity of the model, the hemodiafiltration in vitro experiment were conducted using a hollw-fiber diafiltrator. The experimental results supported the present theory.
