摘要 制备和研究了用于乙烯/乙烷吸附分离的经改性的吸附剂——银离子交换树脂。在25℃、1atm下,银离子交换树脂S9对乙烯的平衡吸附容量为0.992 mmol·g-1, 乙烯/乙烷平衡吸附容量之比为3.56。25℃和75℃时,其吸附容量可恢复85%以上;105℃时,其吸附容量能完全恢复。由于这一吸附包含了能量不同的物理吸附和Л络合化学吸附, 平衡数据由含两个拟合参数的平衡等温吸附方程关联而得。通过综合考虑几个主要吸附特性,讨论了这些吸附剂在工业吸附过程中的应用潜力。 Ag+-exchanged resin was prepared and was studied when it was used as the adsorbent for ethane/ethylene separation. At 25℃ and 1atm, the equilibrium adsorbed amount for C2H4 on Ag+ -S9 is 0.992 mmol(g-1, and the equilibrium adsorption ratio for C2H4/C2H6 is 3.56. Its adsorption capacity restore ratio can be as high as 85% at about 25℃ and 75℃, and can almost be completely restored at 105℃. Since the adsorption process consists of physical adsorption and л-complexation with different energy, the equilibrium data were correlated by using equilibrium isotherm equation with two fitting parameters. According to its main adsorption characteristics, the application potential of these adsorbents in industrial adsorption process was discussed.
