摘要
对于瓶装物料的冷冻干燥,在前面工作[1]的基础上,以脱脂牛奶为物料对冻干过程进行实验研究和模拟计算,结果表明物料的温度分布近瓶壁处的温度较中心部分为高,因此说明瓶壁的热传导不可忽略;同时对模拟值与实验值进行比较,其结果吻合良好。
: In order to verify the two-dimensional model for freeze drying of materials in vials established in our previous work[1], the simulations and experiments of freeze drying of skim milk in vials are carried out in this paper. It shows that the temperature of the drying material near the inside wall of vials is much higher than that in the center, which indicates that the side heat transfer can not be neglected. The experimental data of temperature distribution and moisture variation are in good agreement with the simulating results based on the model established in our previous work.
