双下肢骨折后关节僵硬患者的护理

The Nursing of the Patients with the Stiff Joints after the Fracture of the Lower Limbs

目的：探讨临床护理在骨折后双下肢关节僵硬中的应用价值。方法：收集2008年2月至2012年2月在我院住院122例双下肢骨折后并发关节僵硬患者的护理及观察，科学指导功能锻炼。结果：本组122例患者切口全部愈合，无1例发生血肿或感染，也无神经损伤等并发症的发生。经过手术治疗与护理后本组患者的平均关节活动度为（119．28±26．42）°，明显高于治疗前的（70．95±26．25）°。对本组122例患者关节活动范围进行评定发现，其中优84例，良23例，优良率达87．70％，与治疗前的59．84％比较治疗后优良率明显提高。治疗后本组患者中了解功能锻炼的重要性、坚持有计划的功能锻炼及心理平衡的患者明显高于治疗前。结论：骨折治疗早期和护理过程中尽早指导患者积极进行功能锻炼，使关节活动范围最大程度的恢复，能更有效地预防关节僵硬的发生。

OBJECTIVE ： To explore clinical care of the patients with the stiff joints after the fracture of the lower limbs. METH- OD： 122 patients with the concurrent joint stiffness after lower limbs fracture in February 2008 to Febnaary 2012 in our hospital were enrelled. RESULTS： The incision of 122 patients was healed and there was no hematoma or infection, and the complications such as nerve damage. The average range of motion for these patients after surgical treatment and care was 119.28 ±26.42 which was significantly higher than that before treatment （70. 95 ±26. 25）. The range of motion assessment of 122 patients found that the results were excellent in 84 cases, good in 23 cases, and good rate is 87. 70%. It showed that excellent rate significantly increased after treatment, compared with 59.84% of the pre -treatment. Understanding the importance of functional exercise after treatment, adhere to the functional exercise program and psychological balance of the patients was significantly higher than those before treatment. CONCLUSION： Fracture treatment and the nursing process early to guide patients for active functional exercises, movement range of the joint so that the greatest degree of recovery can be obtained and the occurrence of joint stiffness may also be prevented effectivly.
