摘要 以生产过程中发现的铝-铜系ZL205A铝合金铸件的显微疏松为研究对象,研究了显微疏松试样X射线探伤、荧光检验、力学性能、断口及金相组织。结果表明,显微疏松在X光射线底片呈现不规则形小黑点;显微疏松对试样抗拉强度影响较小,对试样屈服强度和伸长率影响较大,其均值分别为434.8 N/mm2、368.8 N/mm2和5.2%;显微疏松试样断口分布大量不规则孔洞,其余为韧窝和沿晶断裂。 The micro-porosity of ZL205A aluminum-cooper alloy casting has been found during production process, and some samples have been taken from the castings. The micro- porosity, X-ray flaw detection, fluorescence inspection, tensile testing, fracture surface and metallographic test of the samples have been investigated. The results show that micro-porosity in X-ray photo film shows as irregular small maculae; the micro-porosity effects on tensile strength a little; but effects on yield strength and elongation much more; the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of samples with micro-porosity are 434.8 N/mm2, 368.8 N/mm2 and 5.2% separately; lots of irregular holes are distributed at the fracture surface, the others are dimples and inter-crystalline fracture.
