摘要 采用常规热处理方式和金相分析手段研究7×××系铝合金固溶处理工艺对时效峰的影响。结果表明,固溶温度和时效温度对7×××系铝合金的时效峰值和峰的位置都有着重要的影响。7×××系铝合金的时效峰值随着固溶温度和时效温度的提高基本是先上升后下降,时效峰的位置总体上是向前移。 The effect of solution treatment technology of 7XXXX series aluminum alloy on aging peak value has been analyzed by conventional heat treatment and metallurgical analysis. The results show that the solution temperature and aging temperature effect on peak value and peak position of 7XXXX series aluminum alloy significantly. The peak value of 7XXXX series aluminum alloy rises up first and then falls along with the increasing of solution and aging temperature, but the overall direction of the peak position is growing forward.
