内镜下膀胱肿瘤光学成像诊疗新技术的研究进展

摘要
膀胱肿瘤是泌尿系统常见的恶性肿瘤,膀胱镜检查是诊断膀胱肿瘤最可靠的方法,TURBT是治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤的金标准。但常规白光膀胱镜检查对于膀胱原位癌容易漏诊,也不能提供组织病理学诊断信息,即使是有经验的泌尿外科医生,也不能通过膀胱镜检查确定肿瘤的临床分级和分期。所以许多新的经尿道光学诊疗技术不断涌现,为膀胱肿瘤的定性和靶向定位诊断带来了曙光,现就内镜下膀胱肿瘤光学成像诊疗新技术的研究进展综述如下。
