全平衡钢丝绳卷扬垂直升船机的安全锁锭装置方案探讨 被引量:2

摘要 针对采用齿轮齿条爬升加短螺柱、长螺母的安全锁锭装置存在的问题,提出一种全平衡钢丝绳卷扬垂直升船机的安全锁锭装置,采用电气同步轴和短螺柱微调装置解决短螺柱与主提升设备的同步运转及短螺柱在长螺母中的定位问题,同时采用短螺柱微调装置缩小短螺柱、长螺母的径向尺寸并降低长螺母的安装精度,并提出了短螺柱组装、长螺母、短螺柱微调与承船厢的连接方法,在正常时不影响升船机升降,事故时短螺柱组装、长螺母与承船厢刚性接触可使承船厢安全锁锭。与三峡升船机的对比结果表明,全平衡钢丝绳卷扬垂直升船机的安全锁锭装置在技术上具有可行性。 There are some problems of safety locking device for full balanced vertical shiplift, which use wheel gear and rack for lifting and long nut and short screw for locking. This paper introduces a new safety locking device of full balanced vertical shiplift, which use hoist rope for lifting. The electric synchronous axis and the minim adjustment device of short screw are used to solve the synchronous operation of short screw and main lifting device and the position of short screw in long nut. At the same time, the short screw minim adjustment device is adopted to shorten the radial size of short screw and long nut and reduce install precision of long nut. Some connection method for long nut, assembly of short screw, minim adjustment device of short screw and ship chamber are proposed. In normal operating conditions, shiplift will be not affected as this way. While in the accident conditions, the assembly of short screw and the rigid connection of long nut and ship chamber will make the ship chamber being locked safely. Compared with the shiplift of Three Gorges Project, it demonstrates that the safety locking device of full balanced vertical shiplift with hoist rope for lifting is techni cally feasible.
