摘要 通过分析大型风机螺栓力学特性,建立了基于Palmgren Miner线性累积损伤法则的高强度螺栓安全寿命估计方法,考虑到施工时的不确定性,进行了平均应力的修正,给出了不同螺栓规格和法兰厚度的相对弹性系数确定方法,采用Matlab编制了螺栓疲劳计算程序,计算出最危险疲劳工况及其疲劳损伤值,并发现疲劳损伤最大的螺栓与极限状态下的危险螺栓的位置并不重合。 Through analysis of the mechanical properties of the large-scale wind turbine bolt, a safety life estimation method of high strength bolt is established based on the Palmgren Miner linear damage rule and the average stress is cor rected by considering the construction of engineering uncertainty. Simultaneously, a method to determinate the relative stiffness coefficient between different bolt size and flange thickness is given. And then, a fatigue calculation program is compiled in Matlab platform. So, the most dangerous load case and fatigue damage is calculated. Finally, the bolt's location of the maximum fatigue damage is not consistent with the dangerous location of limit state.
