摘要
为解决电力交易结算品种及结算规则的复杂多变而带来的项目建设难题,文中提出了基于结算构件库的灵活结算方法,实现了网省间联络线结算及省内发电企业结算的业务抽象与统一建模。结算构件库由元素库、参数库、类型库、规则库、算法库和实例库组成,通过建立分层的业务对象模型,对电能结算业务进行构件化设计,形成结算业务的分解与再组合,最后以规则引擎技术对该方法进行了系统实现。所述方法已应用于多个区域及省级电力交易结算系统,实际运行证明了该方法灵活、有效。
To solve the problems caused by the complexity of the settlement types and rules, this paper presents a flexible method based on component library to support the electricity settlement. This method implements the business abstraction and unified modeling of the tie-line settlement and generation settlement. Component library is composed of elements library, parameters library, types library, rules library, algorithms library, and instances library. Implemented by rule engine technologies, the method achieves the decomposition and combination of electricity settlement by establishing hierarchical business object model and designing based on componentization. The method has been used in multiple electricity settlement systems to validate its flexibility and effectiveness.
