摘要
高职院校兼职教师队伍在逐年扩大,建设中面临着聘请难、管理难、教学效果欠佳等问题。有效解决兼职教师管理困境,要发挥政府、企业、学校三个层面的作用。政府要发挥主导作用,出台相应的激励政策,明确企业(行业)对职业教育的责任和义务;企业要担负起社会的责任,认可和支持兼职教师的行为,使兼职行为从原有的个人行为转变为组织行为;学校要拓宽渠道,出台有效激励措施,加强过程管理,提高兼职教师工作积极性和教育教学能力。
Part-time teaching staff of higher vocational colleges increases year by year,and its establishment is confronted with the difficulty in employment and management,the poor teaching effect,etc.For effectively solving the management difficulty of part-time teachers,it is necessary to give full play to the function of governments,enterprises and schools.The governments should play a leading role,issue the related incentive policies and define the responsibilities and obligations of enterprises and industries to vocational education.The enterprises should take on the social responsibilities,recognize and support part-time teachers' behaviors to translate the part-time teachers' behaviors from individual behaviors to organization behaviors.The schools should broaden the pathways,issue effective incentives,enhance the process management and improve the working enthusiasm and the educational and teaching abilities of part-time teachers.
