This paper described a device of disc shear fast install blade. It uses the principle of thread lift, continuous adjustable within a certain range, shim can be completely installed without repeated disassembly and assembly blade. This device has good universality, can adjust side gap between up blade and down blade including rectifying the deflection of the blades. This device can shorten the installation time and promote the efficiency of disc shear equipments.
