提高蜂窝孔砖模具芯架寿命的有效措施

摘要 蜂窝孔砖模具芯架的主要失效形式是磨损。目前,众多砖厂使用的芯架主要是由弹簧钢焊接而成,且不经过热处理就装机使用,耐磨性差,每付芯架使用寿命为产砖30万块左右,寿命很低。本文介绍了一种利用具有自主知识产权的节能设备和质优价廉的渗硼剂,对焊接后的芯架先进行渗硼处理,然后再经过正火和淬火的热处理方法。用这种方法处理过的芯架具有高的表面硬度和基体强度,使用寿命为每付产砖140万块左右,与焊接后不经过热处理的芯架相比,寿命提高近4倍,而成本仅增加20%左右。 The core frames of honeycomb-like hollow brick moulds take abrasion as its main failure patterns, nowadays, core frames used at most brick companies are welded by spring steels without handled by heat treatment, so wear-resisting ability is poor, and service life is short. Every core frame can produce 300 000 bricks. This paper introduced a heat treat- ment method that first boronizes by using energy-saving equipment with selPowned intellectual property rights and high quality low cost boronizing agents, and then through normalizing and quenching, the core frames made by this method can a chieve higher surface hardness and matrix intensity, and useful lifespan of every core frame can reach 1.4million bricks. Compared with the core frames without heat treatment, the life is enhanced more than four times, while the costs only rise 20%.
