摘要 精密薄壁陀螺框架类零件刚度小、结构复杂、形状特异,在加工过程中极易产生变形,导致尺寸超差和加工效率降低。零件的加工变形是影响产品质量和加工效率的主要技术难点,是生产过程中的瓶颈所在。在造成陀螺框架类零件加工变形的众多因素中,装夹方式和工艺方法引起的变形占较大比重。如何控制和减少高精度框架类零件在加工过程中的变形,是亟待解决的工艺难题。本文针对某精密薄壁陀螺框架进行了工艺研究,通过装夹方式创新,采用高速高效加工技术,达到了控制和减少零件加工变形目的,提高了零件加工质量和加工效率。 Due to poor rigidity, complex structure and special shape, precise thin-wall gyro frame parts are liable to be- come distortion during processing that leads to size over tolerance and reducing of processing efficiency. The parts process ing distortion is the main technical difficulty which effects the product quality and machining efficiency, thus it's the bottle- neck technique in production. Among the factors that affect the processing distortion of gyro frame parts, distortions are due to fixing way and processing method stand for the most proportion. It is a technical puzzle to be solved that how to con trol and reduce the distortion of precise frame parts in the processing. Through technics study of a kind of precise thin-wall gyro frame and creating a fixing way, a high speed high efficiency machining process was adopted, the aim was reached to control and reduce parts' processing distortion, the processing quality and efficiency were raised.
