电动汽车用无刷直流电动机模糊控制系统的建模与仿真

摘要 鉴于永磁无刷直流电动机(BLDCM)传统PI控制的局限性,从BLDCM的基本原理出发,通过模糊PD控制器与积分相结合,基于MATLAB7.0/SIMULINK平台和S-函数,构建了BLDCM转速模糊控制的转速-电流双闭环系统,利用模型分析了BLDCM的静、动态性能,得到了BLDCM运转时的转速、转矩、相电流和反电动势的波形曲线图。结果表明,转速-电流双闭环模糊控制调速策略具有超调小、响应速度快、鲁棒性好和自适应能力强等优点,可使系统获得较好的控制性能。 Focused on the limitation existing in traditional PI control policy of brushless DC motor, based on the princi- ple of brushless DC motor (BLDCM), through the combination of fuzzy PD controller and integrating element, this paper established a double close loops with current and speed fuzzy control model of BLDCM by using MATLAB7.0/SIMULINK and S-function. The static and dynamic performances of BLDCM were simulated, and the back electromotive force, phase current, torque and speed curves were gotten. The results showed that the system of double close loops with current and speed fuzzy control has the characters like little overshoot-swing, faster response speed, good robustness, stronger anti-in- terference ability and so on, which make the system has the better control ability.
