BIO-OSS骨粉植入术在牙周系统治疗中的疗效观察

摘要 目的观察BIO-OSS骨粉植入术诱导牙周支持组织再生的作用,为其在牙周系统治疗中的应用提供临床依据。方法实验组(24例)以BIO-OSS骨粉覆盖于牙周翻瓣术后的骨缺损区,对照组(24例)行牙周翻瓣术后直接缝合,牙周塞治。术后半年进行临床和放射检查,1年后观察牙周附着水平和骨水平的改善情况。结果 BIO-OSS骨粉能在5周内诱导牙周支持组织再生。结论 BIO-OSS骨粉植入术在牙周系统治疗中具有明显的诱导再生作用,疗效肯定。
