Ion-gate Response of Glutathione Self-assembled Monolayer Modified on a Gold Electrode on the Activation of Surfactants

摘要 将谷胱甘肽自组装在金电极表面 ,在表面活性剂存在下 ,以铁氰化钾及苯醌作为探针 ,用循环伏安法研究了修饰在金电极表面的谷胱甘肽单分子膜的电化学行为 .实验发现在阳离子表面活性剂作用下 ,谷胱甘肽膜存在离子门行为 ,修饰电极表面的电子传输随阳离子表面活性剂浓度的增加而增加 . Glutathione(GSH) was prepared on a gold electrode by self assembled procedure. Cyclic voltammetry was used to investigate the electrochemical behavior of GSH self assembled monolayer modified on a gold electrode on the activation of surfactants in potassium ferricyanide and benzoquinone(BQ) solution. It was found that GSH monolayer showed an ion gate behavior in the presence of cationic surfactants and the electron transfer was improved with the increase of the concentration of cationic surfactants, which results from the fact that the interaction between the monolayer and surfactant changes the conformation of GSH monolayer. Anionic surfactant showed some inhibition to electron transfer at GSH monolayer modified gold electrode. [WT5HZ]
