摘要
为进一步做好被征地农民养老保障对象的审核工作,结合审核工作实践,分析农村土地承包经营权存在的问题,并对如何审核确认被征地农民养老保障对象的土地承包经营权提出解决的办法。
In order to undertake the verification of endowment insurance objects from land-expropriated farmers, combining with the verification practice, the author analyzed the problem in the right to land contractual management in rural area, and put forward the method to resolve the question how to verify the right to land contractual management of endowment insurance objects from land-expropriated farmers.
