染料木黄酮抗动脉粥样硬化的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 研究调查表明,染料木黄酮(Gen)对肿瘤、骨质疏松、动脉硬化等疾病均可起到一定的治疗作用。随着对Gen的生物学作用和动脉粥样硬化发生机制越来越深入的研究,人们发现Gen可通过改善血管内皮细胞,抑制血小板聚集和激活,降低胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白,升高高密度脂蛋白和抗氧化作用,以及抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖和抑制血管壁炎性反应,进而预防和治疗动脉粥样硬化。该文就Gen与动脉粥样硬化的关系进行阐述,并对其临床价值、应用前景进行展望。 Research and investigation shows that genistein has a certain treatment effect for cancer,osteoporosis,and atherosclerosis.Along with the deepening of the research of the mechanism of genistein biological function and atherosclerosis,it’s found that genistein can improve the function of endothelial cells,inhibit platelet aggregation and activation,influence the metabolism of lipid(lowering cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,and increasing high density lipoprotein) and have antioxidant effect,moreover,inhibit vascular smooth muscle cell's proliferation and prevent the inflammation of artery walls,which can treat and prevent atherosclerosis.Here is to summarize the literature about the relationship between genistein and atherosclerosis,and forecast its clinical value and application prospect.
