摘要 趋化因子CXCL14作为介导炎症、免疫的桥梁,在各种疾病分子水平发病机制及信号通路中的作用受到越来越多的关注,并从不同的角度对其进行了研究,包括病因、诊断性标志物、发病机制、治疗等。近来越来越多的研究者将注意力集中到CXCL14与肿瘤及胰岛素抵抗的关系上来。回顾总结CXCL14与肿瘤及胰岛素抵抗的相关研究进展,以期为多种疾病新的观测指标及治疗靶点的进一步研究理清思路。 More and more attention has been paid to chemokine CXCL14 as mediator between inflammation and immune of molecular pathogenesis and signal pathways.Research of the related etiology,diagnostic markers,pathogenesis and treatment has been done.Recently,researchers focus more on the relationship between CXCL14,cancer and insulin resistance.Here is to make a review of the recent literature on the relationship between CXCL14,cancer and insulin resistance,and we believe that CXCL14 is likely to be a new observation index and therapeutic target of various diseases.
