急腹症是妇科常见疾病,若不能及时作出诊断和治疗,可危及患者生命。腹腔镜手术作为妇科疾病诊治的一个重要手段,已被公认为是急腹症诊治的金标准。应用腹腔镜诊治妇科急腹症,既可提高临床治疗效果,又能减少并发症。目前腹腔镜手术在妇科疾病诊疗中的使用率颇高,以腹腔镜为代表的微创手术已经成为现代妇科手术的必然趋势。腹腔镜手术的开展既提高了临床诊疗技术水平,又减少了患者开腹手术的机会,对减轻患者痛苦十分重要。
