摘要
目的探讨急性脑梗死患者颈动脉斑块情况与脑梗死牛津郡社区卒中项目(OCSP)分型的相关性。方法选取2011年9月至2012年8月于唐山市协和医院住院的急性脑梗死患者236例,根据OCSP分型分为完全前循环梗死(TACI)型26例、部分前循环梗死(PACI)型76例、后循环梗死(POCI)型42例和腔隙性梗死(LACI)型92例。应用彩色多普勒超声仪检测脑梗死患者颈动脉有无斑块形成及斑块性质,分析斑块及其性质与急性脑梗死OCSP分型的关系。结果①急性脑梗死OCSP分型之间斑块出现率的差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.015,P<0.05),OCSP分型与斑块出现相关(列联系数r=0.229)。②急性脑梗死OCSP分型之间斑块性质差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.418,P<0.05),OCSP分型与斑块性质相关(列联系数r=0.215)。结论颈动脉斑块及其性质与急性脑梗死OCSP分型相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between carotid artery plaque and the Oxforshire Community Stroke Project(OCSP) typing of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Two hundred and thirty-six patients hospitalized for acute cerebral infarction were screened from Department of Neurology of Xiehe Hospital in Tangshan city from Seo,2011 to Aug.2012 were selected and classified into total anterior circulation infarct(TACI,n = 26),partial anterior circulation infarction(PACI,n = 76),posterior circulation infarction(POCI,n =42) and Lacunar cerebral infarction(LACI,n = 92) subtypes by OCSP criteria.Carotid vascular was observed by color Doppler ultrasound whether it had plaque formation and properties of the plaque in cerebral infarction patients.Correlation between plaque formation,its properties and acute cerebral infarction OCSP typing was analyzed.Results ①The difference of the ratio of the plaque occurrence between different acute cerebral infarction OCSP types was statistically significant(χ^2 = 13.015,P〈0.05),OCSP typing was related to the plaque occurrence(contingency coefficient r = 0.229).②The difference ofplaque properties between different acute cerebral infarction OCSP types was statistically significant(χ^2 = 11.418,P〈0.05),OCSP typing was related to nature of the plaque(contingency coefficient r = 0.215).Conclusion Carotid artery plaques,their properties are correlated with acute cerebral infarction OCSP typing.
