慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心功能与血清尿酸水平相关性研究

摘要 目的研究慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能与血清尿酸水平的相关性。方法选取2010年1月至2011年12月在北京顺义区医院住院的CHF患者212例(按美国纽约心脏病协会心功能分级为Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级)与同期在该院体检的126例健康者(对照组)的血清尿酸、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)指标进行分析研究。结果 CHF患者的血清尿酸水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),随CHF心功能分级的增加,血清尿酸水平显著增加(P<0.01);LVEF与血清尿酸水平呈负相关(r=-0.685,P<0.01);LVEDd与血清尿酸水平呈正相关(r=0.552,P<0.01)。结论 CHF患者的心功能与血清尿酸水平呈显著相关,CHF程度越重,血清尿酸水平越高。 Objective To study the correlation between heart function and serum uric acid(UA) level of the chronic congestive heart failure(CHF) patients.Methods The index of serum UA,left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) of 212 inpatients with CHF(classified as level II,III and IV according to NYHA function) and 126 healthy adults(the control group) in Beijing Shunyi Hospital from Jan.2010 to Dec.2011 were analyzed.Results The serum UA level of CHF patients was obviously higher than the control group(P〈0.01),and with the increase of CHF heart function classification,serum UA level increased significantly(P〈0.01),LVEF was negatively correlated with serum UA level(r =-0.685,P〈0.01);LVEDd was positively correlated with serum UA level(r = 0.552,P〈0.01).Conclusion There is an obvious correlation between heart function and serum UA level of CHF patients;the severer the CHF,the higher the serum UA level.
