无创人体血糖光学检测技术研究与展望 被引量:4

Research and prospect for optical non-invasive measuring techniques of blood glucose

摘要 对糖尿病患者血糖浓度的频繁测定是控制病情的重要手段,但目前频繁采血的有创测量方法给患者带来了极大的痛苦和不便。本文对国内外无创血糖光学检测技术,尤其是近红外光谱检测技术的研究现状及存在的问题进行了综述,指出了无创血糖检测的技术难点和解决方案,并对未来的研究方向和发展趋势进行了展望。 It is an important way to control diabetes and the complications for blood glucose concentration measuring frequently.Currently,the main method used for blood glucose measuring is invasive,which makes the patients pain and inconvenience.In this paper,the current research status and problems of optical non-invasive blood glucose measurement techniques,especially near-infrared spectrum measurements are reviewed.The technical obstacles,solutions as well as the development direction are discussed.
