摘要
线性旋转变压器的结构对输出电压的线性度影响很大,为了明确线性旋转变压器结构对输出电压的线性度产生何种影响,需要对线性旋转变压器进行有限元仿真分析,并结合实际测量的结果进行仿真验证。利用Ansoft瞬态场对线性旋转变压器的不同结构进行有限元分析,并结合实际测量结果进行比较。结果表明:通过实际测量验证了仿真结果的正确性,该结论对工程实际具有一定的指导作用。
The rotary transformer structure plays an important role in impacting the linearity of the output voltage. To find the answer how much the influence of it needs to apply the finite element software to simu- late the rotary transformer, meanwhile use the results of experiment to test and verify the theory. Analyzing the different structure of the rotary transformer use transient finite element analysis of Ansoft, and also com- paring it to the results of experiment. The consequence shows that the finite element analysis of ansoft is true, and it has an important role in guiding engineering practice.
