摘要
应用LMS.Virtual.lab motion多体动力学仿真工具,以多体动力学理论为基础,建立了包含柔性悬臂梁和柔性丝杠的激光切割机刚柔耦合模型。通过动力学仿真,分析某激光切割机在运动过程中悬臂梁变形与振动情况,为激光切割机悬臂梁的设计提供理论依据。
Based on the multi-body dynamics theory,the rigid-flexible coupling model of laser cutting machine which includes flexible cantilever and flexible lead screw will be built by means of simulation tool as LMS Virtual Lab Motion.By way of dynamics simulation,the distortion and vibration of cantilever of a certain moving laser cutting machine will be analyzed to provide theoretical basis for the design of cantilever of laser cutting machines.
