摘要
在RTX660数控机床上实现了基于PA(power automation)开放式数控系统的零相差跟踪控制(ZPETC)。首先利用PA系统的二次开发功能,采用伪噪声序列和最小二乘法对进给系统模型进行了辨识,根据辨识的系统模型设计了零相差跟踪控制算法。将零相差跟踪控制算法嵌入开放式数控系统的插补器内,实时对插补数据进行计算和校正,改善机床进给系统的运动控制性能。实验证明,通过该方法能够有效改善机床进给系统的频域特性和单轴跟随精度,通过两轴联动加工实验验证,证明该方法能够显著提高数控机床的多轴联动加工精度。
The zero phase error tracking controller(ZPETC) was applied to RTX660 machine tool equipped with PA open structure CNC system.The model of feed system is identified using pseudo-noise sequence and generalized least squares algorithm.Based on the system model,the ZPETC is designed and embedded into the interpolator of the open structure CNC system using it's re-develop function.The interpolation data are read and calculated using the ZPETC in real time to adjust the input of the servo system.Experiments showed that the tracking performance of the feed system is significantly improved,and the contour error in multi-axis machining is largely reduced.
