摘要
针对一些特殊场合系统的可靠性要求,论文设计了以双PIC16F877单片机为核心主控单元,在CAN总线双通道冗余技术方法的基础上,以两相步进电机为控制对象,采用细分控制算法控制步进电机,给出了冗余控制系统主要硬件电路以及控制算法,最后给出了实验波形,并对实验结果进行了分析。
For special occasions of the reliability of the system requirements,design the double PIC16F877 single-chip microcomputer for master control unit and based on CAN bus dual channel redundancy methods,select two phase stepping motor as a control object,use subdivision control algorithm to control stepping motor.It gives the redundancy control system main hardware circuit and algorithm,finally presents the experiment waveform,and the results are analyzed.
