摘要
为提高JN60-6型焦炉单孔装煤量,采取了调整配合煤细度、稳定配合煤水分、规范装煤与平煤操作等措施,提高了单孔装煤量,降低了炉顶空间温度,进而提高了焦油和粗苯产率,具有较好的经济效益。
For higher charging volume of individual oven for JN60 -6 battery, this paper provides measures, such as adjusting fineness of blended coal, stabilizing moisture of the blending coal and optimizing charging ＆ leveling, etc. so that the individual oven charging volume can be increased, oven top space temperature can be reduced,tar ＆ crude benzol capacity can be improved and higher economic benefit can be obtained.
