摘要
对原有AS蒸氨工艺中的铸铁泡罩蒸氨塔进行改造,并引进更为节能高效的再沸器间接蒸汽蒸氨。该方法具有工艺合理、操作简单、维修方便、设备寿命长、节能等特点。
This paper described that cast iron bubble plate column for the existing AS ammonia strip- ping process has been modified, plus a high efficiency re-boiler for indirect ammonia stripping,which is characterized with rational process, simple operation, easy maintenance, long service life and energy saving, etc..
