FISH技术在肿瘤分子诊断中的应用

摘要 荧光原位杂交(fluorescence in situ hybridization,FISH)是20世纪80年代末在放射性原位杂交技术的基础上发展起来的一种非放射性分子细胞遗传技术。因其具有快速、安全、灵敏度高及探针可长期保存等优点,目前已广泛应用于细胞遗传学、肿瘤生物学和产前诊断等领域,尤其在肿瘤筛查、早期诊断及指导临床用药方面具有很好的应用价值。
