Clinical Application of Measurement the Changes on Serum IMA,BNP and cTnT Levels in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction(AMI)

摘要 目的:探讨了急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者治疗前后血清IMA、BNP、cTnT水平的变化及临床意义。方法:应用电化学发光法和生化法对32例AMI患者进行了治疗前后血清IMA、BNP、cTnT检测。并与35例正常健康人作比较。结果:AMI患者在治疗前血清IMA、BNP、cTnT水平均非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01)。经中西医结合治疗2周后则与正常人组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。且血清IMA水平与BNP、cTnT水平呈显著正相关(r=0.5784、0.6132,P<0.01)。结论:检测AMI患者血清IMA、BNP和cTnT水平的变化及了解病情、观察疗效和预后判断均具有重要的临床价值。 Objective To explore the clinical application of measuring changes on serum IMA,BNP and cTnT levels both before and after treatment in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Serum IMA,cTnT(with Biochemistry),serun BNP(with ECLIA) levels were determined in 32 patients with IMA and compared to normal healthy 35 controls.Results Before treatment,serum IMA,BNP and cTnT levels were significantly higher than those in controls(P 0.01),after treatment for 2 weeks,the serun levels were not significant difference from those in controls(P 0.05).Serum IMA levels were positively correlated with serum BNP,cTnT levels(r = 0.5784,0.6132,P 0.01).Conclusion Determination of serum IMA,BNP,cTnT levels can be applied to realize pathogeny,monitoring therapeutic efficacy and predicting prognosis.in patients with AMI.Thus provides important chinical value.
