个人和社会功能量表在儿童精神分裂症中的应用

Personal and social performance scale in the sample of children with schizophrenia

目的探讨个人和社会功能量表(PSP)在儿童精神分裂症患者中的应用。方法选取两组儿童精神分裂症患者:一组处于急性期,另一组处于恢复期。对于急性期患者使用PSP量表和阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS),分别在治疗初期和治疗后期进行评估;对于恢复期患者只进行横断面的PSP和临床大体印象量表(CGI)评估,两组结果分别进行关联性比较。结果①急性期患者治疗初期与后期PSP总分与PANSS总分呈显著负相关;②恢复期患者PSP与CGI具有显著负相关性(r=-0.938,P<0.01)。结论 PSP量表适合作为儿童精神分裂症急性期和康复期社会功能的评估工具。

Objective To explore the practice of personal and social performance （PSP） scale in children with schizophrenia. Methods Two group child schizophrenia patients in acute phase and rehabilitation phase were cho- sen. The PSP and positive and negative syndrome scale （PANSS）were used to assess the acute phase patients before and after treatment , while the rehabilitation phase patients were assessed by a cross-sectional survey with the PSPand clinical global impression（CGI）. The results of two groups were given correlation analysis separately. Results （1） There were significant negative correlation between PSP and PANSS of the acute phase group before and after treatment. （2） There were significant negative correlation between PSP and CGI of the rehabilitation phase group（ r = - 0. 938, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The PSP Scale is suited as a tool to assess the social functioning of child schizophrenia in acute or rehabilitation phase.
