Abortion induced by mifestone(Ru 486)as compared with artificial abortion

目的 :通过临床观察 ,证实药物流产的有效性与可靠性。方法 :随机将 480例妊娠妇女分为观察组 35 2例行药物流产与对照组 1 2 8例行人工流产进行对比 ;结果 :药物流产对早、中期妊娠各种情况均较人工流产组成功率高 ,经统计学检验 ,有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :药物流产是终止早、中期妊娠安全。

Objective To study the efficacy and reliability of drug abortion induced by mifestone(Ru 486),a series of 480 cases of healthy pregnant women were randomly divided into drug group(n=352)abortion were induced by mifestone and compared with the ordinary artificial abortion group(n=128)as control.Results The outcome revealed that the drug induced abortion of early and mid staged pregnancy were more successful with higher percentage of good results and atfer the statistical analysis of these two groups the differences were significant(P<0 01).Conclusion It is concluded that mifestone is safe,efficient and reliabe for the therapeutic abortion of early and mid staged pregnancy.
