可溶性髓系细胞触发受体-1对细菌性肺炎的评价及临床意义 被引量:4

Diagnostic Value and Clinical Significance of Soluble Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells-l in Bacterial Pneumonia

摘要 目的探讨血浆可溶性髓系细胞触发受体-1(sTREM-1)在儿童细菌性肺炎的诊断及与病情严重程度关系的研究。方法采用ELISA法测定110例感染性患儿(其中重症细菌性肺炎组30例,轻症细菌性肺炎组80例)及110例对照组血浆sTREM-1含量。结果重症细菌性肺炎组血浆sTREM-1浓度最高、正常对照组血浆sTREM-1浓度最低,局轻症细菌性肺炎血浆sTREM-1浓度处于两者组间,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重症肺炎死亡组血浆sTREM-1浓度明显高于重症肺炎恢复组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血浆sTREM-1含量的变化对儿童细菌性肺炎的诊断有一定价值,与病情严重程度有一定关系。 Objective To explore the relationship of plasma levels of soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1(sTREM-1) to bacterial pneumonia and disease severity.Methods Plasma sTREM-1 levels were measured by ELISA in 110 children with bacterial pneumonia(30 children with severe bacterial pneumonia and 80 children with mild bacterial pneumonia) and 110 normal controls.Results Compared with children with mild bacterial pneumonia,plasma sTREM-1 levels significantly increased in children with severe bacterial pneumonia but obviously decreased in normal controls(P&lt;0.05).Compared with children who died of severe pneumonia,plasma sTREM-1 levels markedly decreased in children who recovered(P&lt;0.01).Conclusion Changes in plasma sTREM-1 levels are valuable in the diagnosis of bacterial pneumonia and are correlated with disease severity in children.
