缝隙连接的血管生物学作用及与心脑血管疾病关系的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 缝隙连接(gap junction,GJ)是介导相邻细胞间直接通讯的特殊膜通道,由连接蛋白(connexin,Cx)构成的半通道再相互锚定组成,其功能主要是在细胞间起代谢耦联和电耦联作用。血管结构中存在丰富的GJ,广泛参与血管的各项生理功能。近年来的大量研究表明,Cx表达的改变所致的GJ细胞间通讯功能障碍与高血压、动脉粥样硬化等疾病的血管病变密切相关。本文就GJ在血管生物学中的作用及与心脑血管疾病关系的研究进展作一综述。
