铁调节蛋白2的特征及其调节 被引量：2

摘要 铁调节蛋白(IRP)是一类调节细胞铁代谢的RNA结合蛋白。最近发现的IRP2在分子结构、细胞表达上与IRP1相似,但仍有其独特的功能,其结合活性及表达受细胞铁变化、一氧化氮和低氧等因素的不同调节。深入研究IRPs在调节细胞铁代谢中的作用,将有助于揭示人体病理条件下(如炎症、肿瘤)铁利用障碍的机制。
