摘要
本文介绍五轴数控系统(经济性)硬件电路的设计过程。该控制系统主要可分为四部分设计:CPU存储器扩展电路设计、显示电路设计、手动键盘和矩阵键盘电路设计以及I/O扩展电路设计。该数控系统硬件电路结构简单简单、开发成本低、可靠性高,在此基础上,进一步完善硬件,并开发控制软件,对经济型数控车床,尤其是功能要求不高的经济型车床,具有一定的应用价值。
The paper introduces the design process of Five - axis CNC System hardware circuit, and which in- cludes four part of design: CPU memory expansion circuit design, display circuit design, Manual keyboard and the keyboard matrix circuit design, and I / O expansion circuit design. The CNC System hardware circuit is with simple structure, develol3ment of low cost, high reliability. On this basis, further improving the hardware and developing control software have a certain application value for CNC lathe on the economy, especially in lathe with less demand- ing economic function.
