目前,我国新建本科院校已经进入高速发展阶段。提高教学质量是新建本科院校可持续发展的动力,其核心问题之一是提高教学管理质量。本文以吉林农业科技学院为例,分析了新建本科院校在教学管理方面存在的主要问题,并探索了一系列相应的改进措施。
