摘要
非智力因素在二语习得中的作用受到越来越多的关注,激励这个能左右学生情感、激发学生兴趣、促使学生产生持久学习恒心的心理性因素将极大影响学生的学习成效。本文探寻将管理学的X、Y理论应用于英语课堂的激励效果以及实施策略。
The roles of non- intelligence factors used in second language acquisition are drawing more and more attention. Inspiration can motivate students' emotions, stimulate students' interest and encourage students to produce persistent learning enthusiasm which will greatly influence students' learning effect, rflais article explores the effect of TheoryX and Theory Y in English classroom inspiration as well as the implementation strategies of the theories.
